on my main i keep getting an error message saying too many login attempts delight wait a few mins and try once more?
i cant log in to the runescape website on the account either it says your account has been locked please try again later only i tin log in no problem on mobile.
why is this happening will i be getting my membership days renewed as i cant play the game unless i play mobile.

Actually, my problem is exactly what's described in the support article, whereas information technology looks like OP likewise was told that their business relationship was locked. I've just checked and confirmed that my account is not locked--also the fact that the game won't permit me play information technology, my account is apparently perfectly fine!

I am actually having the exact problem right now with my account. I managed to log in to the website by using a mobile hotspot simply it seems that there are no solutions besides waiting for the error to go abroad. --the problem started on May 23 for me but this mistake has been affecting me for some time now merely only now did it final this long.

yeah @john919 sounds like you're having multiple problems at once, like OP--whereas at the moment, I'm *but* experiencing any login issues on trying to log in to the game client on Windows (I'chiliad using Runelite, fwiw)

I am having the aforementioned outcome likewise. It won't let me login. Constantly says too many login attempts try after v mins. For last couple of days I would become the same msg but it would allow me login afterwards couple of minutes merely now I can't login anymore.
Too non to mention the connecting to friends server issue that'south been plaguing my business relationship for terminal 4 months.
